We offer you three apartments tastefully furnished and equipped to a high standard.

Rue Fodéré: Luxury spacious apartment with harbour view 4 bedrooms, all with en suite shower/bath room and toilet. Sleeps 9 people max.

Ideal for a family holiday, a reunion with friends or a retreat from ordinary life into the warmth, culture and fun of the Cote D’Azure. This sunny 140sq.m. first floor apartment’s simple elegance and state of the art air conditioning provides a pleasant ambiance throughout the year.

Rue Arson: A sun-drenched 1bedroom apartment (45sqm) sleeps 3

On the 5th floor of an Art Deco building (there is a lift). This light bright flat with surround balcony is the perfect place for a romantic holiday close to the buzz of a great City.

Rue Maeyer: A lovely studio, (25sqm) close to the port sleeps 3

This charming and sunny pied a terre rests on the 3rd (and last) floor of a lovely old apartment building in a quiet street and has the added bonus of access to a roof terrace.

Nice Retreat apartments are available for rent as self catering accommodation throughout the year. During low season we also offer rooms for self-catering Bed and Breakfast.
