Self-Serve Bed & Breakfast
We offer this in low season only. The following rates are based on self-service coffee and croissant for a minimum stay of 3 nights. We have three double rooms available.

Terms & Conditions
Rental Period
During Holiday periods ( Mid to High season) our apartments are only available for full weeks, from Saturday to Saturday.
During quieter periods it is possible to book more flexible rental periods (3 nights minimum) for Self-serve Bed & Breakfast. (croissants and coffee provided for guests who can have morning and early evening access to kitchen and diningareas in order to serve themselves.
Payment Terms
To confirm your booking a one third deposit is required (refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival). The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Payment should be made by cheque or PayPal (details will be sent to you). All transactions are payable in UK Sterling or euros

Cancellations
Following your reservation and receipt of your deposit, cancellation within 4 weeks of your departure date will entail both the loss of your deposit and responsibility on your part for payment of the outstanding fee. If your accommodation is re-let for the weeks that you have reserved, we will be pleased to reimburse you.
