Accommodation - Rue Fodéré
This (140sq metre) appartment has recently been decorated and furnished throughout in a simple natural style. The lounge is furnished with big comfortable sofas and soft lighting.
The dining area seats 8 at the long table and the window seat/divan offers a comfortable place to enjoy the sun throughout the day. A great spot for a snooze or a read with the elegant architecture of the church in the background.
The open plan kitchen looks out onto the lounge. it has a 4 plate ceramic hob and a fan oven, dishwasher, a new and commodious fridge/freezer, wooden work tops, stainless steel pans, white porcelain table ware and quality cutlery and glassware. The kitchen lounge and dining area can comfortably accommodate 8 people plus several guests .
Bedrooms
The four bedrooms are supplied with quality cotton bed linen, duvets and bed throws. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV, DVD or video player and a radio.
There are four newly installed ensuite bathroom with powerful showers. The largest bathroom has a bath as well as shower and also houses a new washing machine. Towels are supplied (although we would ask you to bring your own beach towels please)
General:
Linen and house towels provided, beach towels not provided. Free use of washing machine in large bathroom. Access to clothes line via back bedroom.
- Kitchen: 4-ring stove, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, grill, oven. Toaster and coffee maker.
- Living Room: Comfortable sofas ( two large and one two seater) lamps, coffee table.
- Dining: dining area, seating for 8 people. Divan bed.
- Shower Rooms: 4 ensuite, all with toilets.
- Bedrooms: 4 bedrooms, (3 double rooms, 1 twin) sleeping maximum of 8 people. Each room has double glazing, shutters and air-conditioning/heating.
- Entertainment: Bedrooms are equipped with cable TV, DVD or video player and a CD / radio. There is a small library of videos and DVD's available in lounge where Internet access is also available.
- Outside: rear roof space (at present awaiting transformation into roof garden) ‘off limits’ except for washing line access
- Suitability: Children welcome, long term rentals welcome, pets considered, suitable for active elderly (the building has no elevator and there are two flights of stairs to our door)
