Accommodation - Rue Maeyer (The Studio)
A lovely studio apartment in a fantastic location. Only a few minutes stroll from the harbor of Nice, and all local amenities. Beaches and the Old Town are just a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of a small building. It has recently been renovated and redecorated, and tenants have access to a large roof terrace The living-room is equipped with a double sofa-bed, the kitchen is separate and fully equipped, including a washing-machine, oven, hob, coffee machine. The apartment is quiet and has attractive views of greenery.
General:
Linen and house towels provided, beach towels not provided. Free use of washing machine. Each room has double glazing, shutters and heating.
- Kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, oven washing machine coffee maker.
- Living Room: Sofabed lamps, coffee table.
- Showerroom: and toilet
- Entertainment: Apartment is equipped with cable TV, DVD or video player and a CD / radio. (There are two DVD self service machines close-by). Internet broadband access is also available.
- Outside: communal roof terrace.
- Suitability: unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible.
Long term tenants welcome between September and June. Holiday rentals during the summer months.
